jitabey Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", " you", "your") and jitabey ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jitabey website, mobile experience, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and all associated services available at jitabey.net.

By accessing the jitabey platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of jitabey immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside jitabey's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jitabey.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all users of jitabey regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the platform. They apply equally to players from all regions of Bangladesh — including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh — and to any person who accesses jitabey from outside Bangladesh. The platform language is English, and all formal communications, including these Terms, are issued in English.

1.2 Definitions

To be eligible to register and use a jitabey account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for the duration of your account's existence:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are using jitabey of your own free will and are not acting under the direction of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or agent of jitabey or any of its parent, subsidiary, or associated companies.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You do not have an existing jitabey account that has been suspended or permanently closed by jitabey for any reason.
• You are registering with genuine, accurate personal information and are not using false details, anonymisation services, or another person's identity.

2.1 Age Verification Process

jitabey reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any user at any point during their use of the platform. Acceptable documentation includes a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until age verification is completed to jitabey's satisfaction, the platform may suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay, or restrict the user's ability to claim bonuses. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be closed and any remaining real-money balance returned via the original deposit method.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one active jitabey account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or household — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds. Where multiple accounts are discovered, jitabey will determine the original account and may, at its discretion, permit that account to remain active while closing all others.

To access jitabey's full range of betting markets, casino games, and payment services, you must register an account via the jitabey Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification — is truthful and up to date. jitabey is entitled to rely on the information you provide. Where jitabey discovers that false or misleading information has been submitted, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or close your account, void any pending or historic bets placed during the period of inaccuracy, and withhold or recover any associated winnings or bonuses.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitabey login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jitabey will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jitabey support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 KYC Verification

jitabey operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the time frame specified by jitabey support will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. Accounts that remain unverified for an extended period may be closed at jitabey's discretion.

All financial transactions on jitabey are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jitabey does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

4.1 Deposit Methods

jitabey currently accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳1,000 per transaction.
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard where supported — minimum deposit ৳1,000 per transaction.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jitabey account instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours to process depending on the sending institution. jitabey is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals may take up to one business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as outlined in Section 3.3.

4.3 Responsible Use of Funds

jitabey does not accept funds from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your jitabey account. Deposits suspected of originating from fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity will be flagged, the account suspended, and the matter referred for further review. jitabey cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving financial crime.

4.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity — defined as no login, bet, deposit, or withdrawal during that period. jitabey reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing notice to the registered email address. If the balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed. Real-money balances may be reclaimed by contacting [email protected] at any time before the account is closed.

jitabey offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, and each individual promotion will also carry its own specific terms published at the time of the offer.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to registered jitabey users aged 18 and above who have completed the standard registration process.
• Each promotion is available once per user, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on jitabey bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be removed from the account without notice.
• Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• jitabey reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds at any time if it has reason to believe that the bonus is being used in a manner inconsistent with fair play, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, bonus-abuse patterns, or multi-accounting.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New jitabey users who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount in BDT, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, and eligible games will be clearly stated on the promotion page at the time of offer. jitabey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time. Players who have previously held a jitabey account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

All bets placed on jitabey — whether on sports markets, live in-play events, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, or any other format — are subject to the following rules in addition to any format-specific rules published on the relevant game or market page.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

jitabey reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until jitabey's system has returned an explicit acceptance confirmation. In the event of a technical error during the bet placement process, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account. jitabey is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on your end during bet placement.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

jitabey's sports betting markets cover Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) fixtures, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, IPL, ICC tournaments, T20 World Cup, and other cricket competitions alongside selected football, kabaddi, and hockey markets. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Odds are updated in real time and are subject to change until bet acceptance is confirmed. jitabey follows standard industry void rules for abandoned, postponed, or suspended events.

6.3 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino games on jitabey — including slots, live baccarat, live blackjack, live roulette, and Andar Bahar — are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live-streamed real dealers. jitabey does not control game outcomes and is not liable for technical faults originating from the game provider's infrastructure. In the event of a game round being interrupted before completion, the game provider's own void and resolution rules apply.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

jitabey applies maximum payout limits per single bet and per 24-hour period. These limits are set by game type and are published within each game's information panel. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at the maximum, and the excess will not be paid. It is your responsibility to review maximum payout limits before placing high-value bets.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jitabey. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all funds held within the account, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one jitabey account, whether directly or through a proxy, household member, or affiliated party.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic exploitation of jitabey's bonus offers, including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and collusion with other users to distribute bonus value.
• Fraud & Money Laundering: Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, using stolen payment credentials, or using jitabey to launder proceeds of crime in any form.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback with your bank or payment provider for funds lawfully deposited and wagered on jitabey. Where a chargeback is filed, jitabey will suspend the account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker hand, or sports bet in a manner that gives any party an unfair advantage over jitabey or other users.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated click tools, AI-driven betting systems, or any non-human method to interact with jitabey's platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, incorrectly priced odds, display glitches, or payment processing faults to obtain funds or winnings to which you are not genuinely entitled. Any winnings obtained through an identified error are void and will be recovered.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing any other person to access or use your jitabey account, or accessing or using another person's jitabey account for any purpose.

jitabey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without advance notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity associated with the account.
• Discovery of underage gambling activity — accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your jitabey account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before processing closure, jitabey will confirm your identity, check for any pending withdrawal requests, and return your real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Please allow up to 5 business days for the voluntary closure process to be completed.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life are strongly encouraged to use jitabey's self-exclusion tool. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via the Responsible Gaming section of your account or by contacting support directly. During a self-exclusion period, jitabey Login access is blocked, marketing communications are suspended, and no new bets or deposits can be placed. 8.3 Disputes & Appeals

If you believe that jitabey has suspended or closed your account in error, or that a bet or transaction has been settled incorrectly, you may submit a formal dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed action. jitabey will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days. jitabey's decision following a dispute review is final and binding unless a material error of fact can be demonstrated.
